SKYRC QUATTRO B6AC is a high-performance, micro processor control charge/dischargestation with battery management suitable for use with all current battery types. With integralequalizer for six-cell Lithium-Ion (LiIon), Lithium-Polymer (LiPo) and Lithium-Ferrum (LiFe)batteries.

Maximum 6A charge current; can be powered by a 12 Volt car battery or from the 110V AC(USVersion) or 220V AC via the built in switch-mode power supply.

And the circuit features four totally independent identical power outputs which are powered 50watts each. Total powers are 200 watts. As a result , it can charge or discharge up to 4 x 15 cellsof NiCd/NiMH or 4 x 6 series of Lithium batteries simultaneously. Quattro B6AC has fourindividual cell voltage balancer at each outputs, so it does not required any balancer separatelywhen charging Lithium Battery (LiPo/LiIon/LiFe) for voltage balancing.

When a Nickel battery is fully charged, the unit terminates the process using the Delta-Peakmethod. Lithium and lead (Pb) batteries are charged using the CC-CV method.

The fan cooling system is so smart and efficient. The fan speed is controlled byinternal temperature sensor.

Optimized operating softwareSKYRC QUATTRO B6AC features the so-called AUTO function that set the feeding currentduring the process of charging or discharging. Especially for Lithium batteries, it canprevent the overcharging which may lead to an explosion due to the user's fault. It candisconnect the circuit automatically and alarm once detecting any malfunction. All theprograms of this product were controlled through two way linkage and communication, toachieve the maximum safety and minimize the trouble. All the settings can be configuredby users!

Internal independent lithium battery balancerSKYRC QUATTRO B6AC employs an individual-cell-voltage balancer. It isn't necessary toconnect an external balancer for balance charging.

Balancing individual cells battery dischargingDuring the process of discharging, SKYRC QUATTRO B6AC can monitor and balanceeach cell of the battery individually. Error message will be indicated and the process will beended automatically if the voltage of any single one cell is abnormal.

Adaptable to various type of lithium batterySKYRC QUATTRO B6AC is adaptable to various types of Lithium batteries, such as Li-ion,LiPo and the new LiFe series of batteries.

 

Fast and storage mode of lithium batteryPurposes to charge Lithium battery varies, 'fast' charge reduce the duration of charging,whereas 'store' state can control the final voltage of your battery, so as to store for a longtime and protect useful time of the battery.

Maximum safetyDelta-peak sensitivity: The automatic charge termination program based on the principle ofthe Delta-peak voltage detection. When the battery's voltage exceeds the threshold, theprocess will be terminated automatically.

Automatic charging current limitYou can set up the upper limit of the charging current when charging your NiCd or NiMHbattery, it is useful for the NiMH battery of low impedance and capacity in the 'AUTO'charging mode.

Capacity limitThe charging capacity is always calculated as the charging current multiplied by time. If thecharging capacity exceeds the limit, the process will be terminated automatically when youset the maximum value.

Temperature threshold*The battery's internal chemical reaction will cause the temperature of the battery to rise. Ifthe temperature limit is reached, the process will be terminated.* This function is available by connecting optional temperature probe, which is not included in the package.

Processing time limit:You can also limit the maximum process time to avoid any possible defect.

Data store/loadThe maximum five batteries' data can be stored for each output(4?5SET). You can keepthe data pertaining to program setting of the battery of continuous charging or discharging.Users can call out these data at any time without any special program setting.

Cyclic charging/discharging1 to 5 cyclic and continuous process of charge>discharge or discharge>charge is operablefor battery refreshing and balancing to stimulate the battery's activity.

PC based analysis uing USB Communication*SKYRC QUATTRO B6AC offer PC based program can analysis the characteristic of thebattery via USB port. It shows a graph of voltage, current, capacity curves. It also showsthe individual voltage of each cell in the Lithium battery pack.
